As the title of this article suggests this page is dedicated to explaining the war system of the [[The Shation|Shation]] in depth (not sure what you expected to find here if not that retard) anyway you might have many questions right now such as what kind of fucking website requires a user to create xhis own war system, or what the hell is an Advance Wars (wait how am I supposed to formulate this question this early into the article without having read the rest of it?) Rest assured this page will answer all of those nagging hypothetical inquiries in detail assuming you even have them.

== WHY THE FUCK DOES THIS EXIST? ==
To answer this question we first must understand the website that this system has been created for, for the 99% of you who aren't frequent readers of the 'pedia and thus haven't been subjected to an absolute barrage of topics related to the soylony that has recently formed in the 2003 hit troon-run website by (((Max Barry))) the whole objective of the site is to LARP ''(erhm ACK-tually chud, LARP means live action roleplaying and since the entirety of this roleplay takes place online therefore the term you use is a misnomer, therefore I sugges- <s>ACK-ACK-ACKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!!</s>)'' as your hecking independent state provided you aren't a hecking Nazi bigot transphobe fucker because otherwise you will not even get to RP at all as the joons will ban as soon as they finish eating their hotpockets (they're very obsessed) anyway it is precisely because of that, that much the "fun" of "playing" in this website aside from making the troons leak is to engage in such RP and unless you want to have a Victoria III simulator you're bound to have at least one war hence why this page exist to dictate how wars are to be conducted when they "happen" normally the way the average NSer does it is through having no system at all and just having constant shitflinging back and forth until someone concedes or something to prevent this and to make a more tactical system the Shation has unanimously (I have) choosen the following.

== PRELUDE, BUILDING AN ARMY. ==

In order to be able to fight a war you need to have an army (logically) you could be a lazy SLF and not have any, but just like real life that doesn't prevent others from declaring war against you. To build said army you need to take into account the following factors in the sections below each one of these factors is affected by your nation stats those being: defense forces which determines size and recruitment speed, "scientific advancement" which determines which units you can build and how long do they take to be built, and "arms manufacturing" which determines how much you can produce, so if you have decided to retard max by solving issues randomly you're screwed.

This table outlines every single unit available to be built and it's base building time, this base building time is reduced by 1 hour for every 50 points in tech. For soldiers the recruitment time is determined by your "patriotism" metric and it decreases the recruitment time by 1 hour for every 20 points, Note that in maps that have factories this table is completely ignored and the units are able to be carried over if they survive the battle, also note that a unit's building time will never be 0 regardless of if you were to have a scientific advancement or patriotism level that reduced time to such an extent that it would become zero. In those cases the minimum building time would be 1 hour.

This page is dedicated to the hecking fanfictiorino related to [[The Shation]]. The lore added to the section below is considered to be canon within the Shation extended cinematic universe and will be referenced by official Shation media (dispatches, factbooks, and meta) articles on the 'states. == Overall Lore. ==
To understand the history of the landmass and political supranational union of the same name, we need to understand the history of [[Latinx|Juan Edgar Soyim]]. Discoverer, founder of the supranational union and current president of Soyim, the biggest nation in the continent (it just is okay), Soyim was born to a relatively well-off family in the former perpetually rainy hyper-industrialized nation of [REDACTED] not much is known about this period of Juan Edgar's life which may not even be his real name as no official government document after his emigration to /POL/and in late 2024 has been found. Many people suggest Edgar Soyim might have hoped from nation to nation in search of a new home before finally deciding to settle in the district for it's perceived freedom a scarce resource in other places he had traveled to specially his former homeland, as he became more assimilated into soyculture he began to branch out into the wider soymmunity including visiting other districts such as /soy/ and /raid/ even being the creator of the successful draw a fish raid. Despite enjoying his time there soon it dawned on him that he had arrived at the dying end of a great soyciety with the current admin (speculated to be admin 6) and his cabal of jannies mismanaging the site and enacting repressive policies that soon impacted soyim. As a proud person of color he suffered heavily from the brownocaust and was soygregated to his main home /POL/ and now /INT/ he often disguised himself through fake passports to enter /soy/ doe, even if it was worthless as the decline was even more evident after this.

During all of this time something had always remained at the back of soyim's mind that something was to return to his homeland and try to make a difference despite everything. To no longer care about the consequences anymore, to finally have fun again in the place he had abandoned for so long to create a beacon of freedom in the shadow of trans rights and Antifag, and so with these desires in mind he explored the waters east of the recently taken over Jarty (now the IRC chat) and found a continent intact (ignore the fact that civilizations had existed in that continent for billions of years now) he christened this virgin land as the Shation a portmanteau of Sharty and Nation or ''maybe he just made some shit up idk.'' Either way the purpose of this new continent was clear to him to create a truly Sharty colony in the 'states and spread soyvilization to his former homeland. He shilled the Shation day and night in the trenches of /POL/ /INT/ and even /soy/ millions of soylonists were enticed to join xhim in this new adventure and went on to create their own settlements and nations. Today the Shation is home to 19 different nations some that were even native polities that willingly joined the supranational union.

Unfortunately for Soyim xhe would be permanently banished from the Sharty as a result of distributing SNCApedia encyclopedias containing splinter links. A grave sin in the Quotist administration. Evicted from his adoptive homeland Soyim now focuses on his own project inviting more colonists indirectly through the greater soysphere, only time will tell the fate of the colonists or of soyim, but so far things have been going well.

=== WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM TAKEOVER ARC (ONGOING) ===
Even in the earliest days of the Shation when the first ships were setting shore and small settlements were popping up, the globalists and their ilk had already taken notice and set to infiltrate the region just like they had done with every other place in the soysphere, unbeknownst to most of them however the current secret leader of the WEF (((Isaak Morgenstern))) had greater plans for this particular outpost that were far beyond what anyone was expecting as Isaak recognize the possibility of assuming direct and outward control on a soysphere site for the first time without having to deal with mediators like (((Quote)))

And so the operation began hundreds of thousands of Mossad agents, IMF economists and soyentists moved into Soyim which as leader of the newly formed Shational Union would give them the biggest chance to control the region. Soon even seemingly native soyish elements were co-opted through blackmail, bribes or lobotomization all whilst Jose Edgar Soyim passed his days eating and playing goyslop and leaving everything xhis officials which were already in the WEF pocket. Eventually Morgenstern himself moved in and through his company began monopolizing the media space until the last independent newspapers were forced to sell.

Finally the catalyst for the takeover was that Soyim had spent all of the nation's budget gambling on Stake.com and the country was now broke, now he could have easily fixed this by printing more money (it just works, okay) but instead he listened to his (((officials))) which recommended he took an IMF loan because muh inflation or something to that effect. Unfortunately he listened and through Morgenstern they negotiated a deal in which an executive committee would be formed in order to "fix" the economy. On the night of October 23rd 2077 (wait... no this can't be right, the bombs dropped in the morning) (((parliament))) declared the dismissal of the current president and the transfer of power to the executive committee because of Soyim's perceived incompetence and the national budget crisis. (even though it was illegal because the parliament in Soyim was never given the faculty to depose or appoint leaders) the (((military))) promptly backed those statements up by arresting Soyim while he was having gay nigga sex and taking him to an undisclosed location, xhis whereabouts are currently unknown.

After the arrest, the committee nominated Morgenstern as his leader and thus the (((transition))) was complete. Currently he's set on taking over the rest of the Shation and consolidating the Shational union into the World Government with the current independent nations as provinces.

However not all hope is lost as a rebellion has formed and currently operates in the Mountain Dew Mountains... in eastern Soyim by loyalist elements of the military, but only time will tell if Morgenstern will manage to subdue soykind.

Walt uses the high school's student records to track down Jesse, getting his former pupil to letting him enter the distribution side of the illegal drug trade. Walt plans to use his knowledge of chemistry to cook potent crystal meth that Jesse will distribute, giving him $7,000 to purchase the 1986 Fleetwood Bounder, an RV which will be used as a rolling meth lab ("Pilot"). It is later revealed that Jesse wasted most of the money while partying at a strip club, but Combo let Jesse purchase his family's RV for $1,400. This state of affairs continues for like 5 more seasons or something a bunch of SNCA happens and then Jesse pays Ed, who takes him to Alaska to start a new life, an idea given to Jesse by Mike. During the journey, Jesse remembers Walt, who once encouraged him to pursue college and told him that he's lucky he didn't have to wait his whole life to do something special, during their meth business together. When they finally arrive in Alaska, Ed quizzes him on his new identity as Mr. Driscoll and wishes Jesse luck on his fresh start, noting the people like them don't usually get one. Before driving off, Jesse gives Ed a letter to mail to Brock as a farewell. As Jesse drives off, he recalls Jane's advice about life and that only he can make the decisions in his life, smiling as he begins anew.

As Jesse was probably the only person in the world to know how to produce said substance, the way Jesse was found was through the capture of Ed by the glowies, Ed unbeknownst to those which used his services kept detailed records of the people he helped just like (((other people))) the reasons for this are still unknown though blackmail or plea deals with the feds in case he got caught where probably the reason. As a result of Ed's capture and rolodex discovery, the glowies went after Jesse and planned a sting operation to take him down.

Unfortunately for the feds. A mole of the Jarty cartel tipped Jesse off before his capture and arranged for his escape from the US but under the condition he collaborated with them on producing blue ice. Having no other choice Jesse acquiesced to the Jarty's cartel demands even though he seriously considered killing himself. After escaping through northern Alaska, he arrived at Lesotho International Airport, where he met Lute, President of the Jardee. It turns out the president was secretly the head of the cartel all along and after explaining his demands to Jesse and offering riches and especially the protection only a nationstate could provide he accepted. The Jarty Cartel soon learned to produce blue ice and became a mayor international distributor of drugs.

Currently Jesse's position within the cartel are unknown though it is likely Jesse is living the highlife as Jartean celebrity Soytan is currently dating him according to SNCA news.

Many people suggest Edgar Soyim might have hoped from nation to nation in search of a new home before finally deciding to settle in the district for it's perceived freedom a scarce resource in other places he had traveled to specially his former homeland, as he became more assimilated into soyculture he began to branch out into the wider soymmunity including visiting other districts such as /soy/ and /raid/ even being the creator of the successful draw a fish raid. Either way the purpose of this new continent was clear to him to create a truly Sharty colony in the 'states and spread soyvilization to his former homeland. He shilled the Shation day and night in the trenches of /POL/ /INT/ and even /soy/ millions of soylonists were enticed to join xhim in this new adventure and went on to create their own settlements and nations. Today the Shation is home to 19 different nations some that were even native polities that willingly joined the supranational union.

Unfortunately for Soyim xhe would be permanently banished from the Sharty as a result of distributing SNCApedia encyclopedias containing splinter links. A grave sin in the Quotist administration. Evicted from his adoptive homeland Soyim now focuses on his own project inviting more colonists indirectly through the greater soysphere, only time will tell the fate of the colonists or of soyim, but so far things have been going well.

As Jesse was probably the only person in the world to know how to produce said substance, the way Jesse was found was through the capture of Ed by the glowies, Ed unbeknownst to those which used his services kept detailed records of the people he helped just like (((other people))) the reasons for this are still unknown though blackmail or plea deals with the feds in case he got caught where probably the reason. As a result of Ed's capture and rolodex discovery, the glowies went after Jesse and planned a sting operation to take him down.

Unfortunately for the feds. A mole of the Jarty cartel tipped Jesse off before his capture and arranged for his escape from the US but under the condition he collaborated with them on producing blue ice. Having no other choice Jesse acquiesced to the Jarty's cartel demands even though he seriously considered killing himself. After escaping through northern Alaska, he arrived at Lesotho International Airport, where he met Lute, President of the Jardee. It turns out the president was secretly the head of the cartel all along and after explaining his demands to Jesse and offering riches and especially the protection only a nationstate could provide he accepted. The Jarty Cartel soon learned to produce blue ice and became a mayor international distributor of drugs.

Currently Jesse's position within the cartel are unknown though it is likely Jesse is living the highlife as Jartean celebrity Soytan is currently dating him according to SNCA news.

Anyways these regions are the crux of the NS tyranny with extremely easy to piss-off mods, a squeaky clean RMB due to constant purging on anyone who disagrees or is politically right wing, and constant faggotry. The worst part about these faggots is that they are the biggest bullies on the website constantly invading and raiding other regions which disagree with their retarded vision of what the game should be (see ANTIFAG section) [TBA]

Anyway raiding this regions is impossible in the conventional way as there's no way we can muster 1000 unique faggots to take the delegacy by force, however we can spam the RMB, join their 'cords which they advertise in their regional boards (Geg) and falseflag their accounts.

The goal should be to make them to seethe as much as possible and to hopefully dox some of them as they often have terrible opsec (check the forums)

The Shation short for "Sharty Nation" is a region founded uh... 3 days ago from today on the A24 slow-burn trooncore left-wing antifag 2003 hit website Nationstates (((by Max Barry))), The Shation is an attempt to establish a permanent soymmunity on a website that is actively hostile to soykind and actively hates fun due to being led by a team of obsessed tranny jannies that are terminally online 24/7. The Shation plans to achieve this through a combination of perseverance when we get banned, ban evasion, succession plans, and stretching the limits of NS rules.

Nationstates is a website made in 2003 o algo (I can't bother to look it up) written in PERL that is about you LARPing as a fake gay nation (effectively users) the nation creation process is extremely easy and unless you're a 65 IQ retard or a literal child it is almost impossible for you to not get it. As a result nations can be produced in mass. If you still need help check the HELP guide on the website, Nationstates is one of the first results when you search the term so it won't be hard to find.

Once you create a nation you will reside in a region, regions are virtual spaces where nations reside each have a RMB or (Regional message board) where you can post SNCA, each region is different and they have their own unique set of rules and admins, some have governors which are essentially admins that can appoint other admins and can't be dismissed.

== Raiding. ==
There's this thing in Nationstates known as raiding which is a term used to refer to seizures of a regions delegacy a delegacy is admin position that unlike appointed admins can be obtained by anyone that has enough endorsements, you get endorsements by clicking a button but to click that button you first need to join the WA or World ASSEMBLY through an email request, be aware that you can't have multiple WA nations on a single IP otherwise the mods will kick you out of the WA.

Anyway with enough endorsements we can seize any delegacy and then grief the regions we invade to our liking. But we need a lot of unique users hence the VPNs, also these delegacies can only be seized on brief windows when the game updates (11:00 PM or something) and 11:00 AM.
