ANY imageboard with insufficent moderation (i.e. no automated filter or Media Pending Approval) has a chance of having illegal content being posted, be it from commercial spammers or da 'cord. It is a MUST that you disable images on those imageboards.

The following guide was taken from here and other raisin.

Firefox (desktop)

[edit | edit source]
  1. Go to about:config
  2. Search up: permissions.default.image
  3. set the value for this to 2

Browser Mobile

[edit | edit source]

A guide on how to disable images on mobile, specifically Firefox:

  1. Go on Firefox, or any browser you use.
  2. Type this in the search bar: chrome://geckoview/content/config.xhtml
  3. Search up: permissions.default.image
  4. Set the value for this to 2

Alternatively, you can install Ublock Origin and put *$image, media in "My filters" section of settings, tap "Enable my custom filters" in settings and tap "Apply changes" button.
