General Channel, or GCH is a very weird imageboard (can’t really be considered a splinter, they do hate Chinnycucks tho) founded by an admin named SOUP, it is hosted on InfinityFree (which seems tobe a trend now) The main reason for it's existence is to help the owner develop coding skills, hence why nothing was spent on it. It has only 1 board, /gch/- gch. It seems like it might be soyjak related, as Splinter HW is linked via /highway/.
The site also might be Malian and Singaporese (from the SNCA countries of Mali and Singapore) as SOUP added /ml/- Mali and Singapores as generals in /gch/ prior to the site becoming a imageboard.
