Kate Hikes is the female version of Nate Higgers. The name is a racist dog whistle meaning "Hate Kikes", similar to Nate. She's supposed to represent female Soyteens but is hardly used other than baiting and gooning. She is not to be confused with Shartyfujo, although they look alike they're not the same character.
