Carter Kuznets is the second administrator of the sharty, was the chairman of the KolymaNE
T, and owner of the Sharty from July 14 2022 to May 7 2023. He made a series of scheduled residences, appearances and his career from the KolymaNET in "This Is It" (in reality he just wanted to bugger off). In the leak it was revealed he posted blacked shit despite banning racebait initially.
