Well, this image is used as the main evidence for his arrest. However, he was posting (or trying to post) on the chinny as recently as this year, which doesn't really fit well with the idea that he was arrested in December of last year, unless you think he's somehow posting while also in jail.

You also need to keep in mind that Liber is just a 16 year old larper. Even the foodists over at FF realized this, and it is most likely what broke him mentally into hiding. But he is still on the internet, he's just laying low.
