kuz is the second administrator of the sharty, was the chairman of the KolymaNET, and a victim of the AIDS crisis. He made a series of scheduled residences, appearances and his career from the KolymaNET "This Is It".
He was probably a nonce, I have pics somewhere on my PC from a janny who took screencaps of Kuz posting interesting images without a tripcode.
