Flute is refers to a spaniard namefag on soybooru IRC and a few other boards such as /pol/, that was part of the useless nigger war that happened between Jimbo and Soybooru, he got banned several times for accidentally mentioning naggers.net and vandalizing tags, also just like most namefags he has over 1900 comments on the 'ru over the expand of 3 months.
