Sloot is the owner and developer of slopjak.party, on the Sloppy he is known for being good at coding, but he says he sucks at PHP and is better at other coding languages.[1] He only has one nostril resembling the ‘slot because of his name Sloot.
Sloot’s identity is unknown with the only thing we know about him is that he likes coding and uses soyjak.party obviously. Some schizophrenics theorize that Sloot is Soot but you will not investigate further.[2]
